I am totally cheating this week.
I did not take this photograph. I am the chunk in the picture.
I was born in Japan, and this was for my passport so I could enter the US. Or for my mother's passport so I could enter the US. Either way, I was allowed in. :)
I have never been back to Japan. It is on "the list" among the places Jon and I would like to travel. The people of Japan continue to be on my mind; Mother Nature can be so cruel and capricious.
We've changed things up a bit this week and you will find us in a new order. Check out Denver family photographer, Lisa Turner, and you'll discover how she sees black and white!
OH!!!!!! You're adorable!!!!! LOVE THIS ONE!! :)

My two little ones were also born in Japan. It's the only country they have ever known until now. This is their second visit to the U.S. You are such a cutie!
