Welcome to another Project 52 post! Not up to speed? Here's a quick re-cap: I am in a group of photographers participating in a year-long project. Each week we shoot an assigned theme, post our image(s), then include a link to the next photographer's blog.
This week's them is Vintage. I immediately thought of Sarge. Sarge is not the official mascot of Texas A&M University, but he has been around a long time. A&M has its roots in the military so Sarge was a natural emblem of the school. You don't see him around today as much as in the "Old Army" days. This is vintage replica of Sarge.
Jon and I both graduated from A&M and have deep, deep maroon blood in our veins.
Keep working through the circle by checking out the talented San Francisco, Bay Area photographer Jayme Franklin. I am excited to see Jayme's vintage image this week!
